For those of you (if any) who were planning on buying Shell Racing 100
or Shell A from Donnybrook, Hume Highway, nNorth of Melbourne. They are not selling these products anymore. - MA exemption does not seem to have worked at this point.
Avgas 100 (racing 100) is still available at airports apparently.
Shell A?? - Ring Shell I guess. (I always thought restrictions would
apply only to leaded fuel - does this mean methanol contains lead
additives??)
I have attached a sheet (PDF format) I got from BP on converting from
(their) racing 100 to pump petrol for anyone who is interested.DAVID HOW DO I GET THIS TO YOU JD
I think its worth passing this info on to anyone you think might be
looking to use either of these products.
A bit of concerted lobbying to MA is required here I think.

Ray has reported you need to have a full licence from MA to put on the paperwork also.

quoted from LEADED FUEL PASSBOOK To purchase leaded fuel, you must present this passbook to you fuel supplier who will complete the details in the passbook
also The Federal Minster for the Envirment and Heritage has issued this passbook to "eligable" motor and watersport enthusiasts, and RACE ENGINE builders to allow the supply of leaded fuel. John I have not had a MA lience for the last two year45s but had no problem's getting a fuel book

This little issue reminds me of the importance of having the details. Because I dont need that fuel I have not studied the requirements, but as a Secretary I realise I should do so to help the others who dont read the books. Thanks Allan, I shall pass it on.
