Hi all, I'm after any info you have on the above mentioned bike. Also I'd like contact details of anyone who has parts, and importers or retailers of relevant aftermarket gear to suit. Cheers.

Hi John,

I will add to my previous response. These are some spares that I know are suitable: 74mm GPZ1100 pistons (this takes it out to 497cc) or 72mm Z900/Z1000 pistons. These are available from anyone who sells wiseco pistons in your area. If you put these in you should use a copper head gasket.

Ignition: Dyna 'S' off a gs850 suzuki. This mounts on the crank. You get rid of all the electrics and run total loss. This is the cheap way of doing it. If you are really keen you can buy a self-generating ignition from the UK.

Coil Spring Valve Conversions: If you are looking at increasing the cam lift too much, there are kits available to convert the torsion bars to coil springs. These are available through 'Serco' here in Queensland.

Cams: I have just recently had s set ground from Tighe Cams here in Brisbane.

Let me know if you need any more info.

Cheers

Damien
