Barry Morgan mentioned to me that on one occassion the cops attended a race meeting with a radar. For a donation from those interested they took top speed readings for each machine. What do you think of it and how would we organise it?

In discussions at Winton Motorcycle Club the other night, a safety issue related to 'teams racing' came up. I asked Matthew Ronke if he had any way of measuring speeds, particularly in the pits. I believe he mentioned he had some form of radar speed measuring instrument. You might like to phone him on 5762 4235

The Police around my way are only to happy to offer this service every time i go out for a thrash .
