Hi Allan, Besides myself there are at least 3 other sidecars and about 6 solos regularly racing in WA and there are quite a few bikes being restored for the road over here. So there is a small and regular demand in WA at least. The Smokeriders Association which is an American website devoted to GT750s often has requests for sourcing pistons and there is concern that the supply will dry up relatively soon so world wide I am sure there would be sufficient demand for pistons. Are you sure that they go to 80mm or should that read 80 thou. Regards Alan Warner

Is it possible to get Prolite pistons 78mm or 79mm diameter for KZ900 Kawasaki in 13 to 1 compression? I think these could fit my Norton 850 after a bit of machining of the domes

Hi Allan Do you have a contact at Wiseco as I want to coordinate a response to their request. I have already had a reasonable committment for pistons if they become available and would like to make sure this is followed through especially if they can provide bigger oversizes than Suzuki. Regards Alan
We have e-mailed Wisco production manager stating that here in Australia that there are more than 40 racing t500/gt750's and can't say how many there are on the road.
We hope that the other web's we let know have done the same world wide.
Have you ever tried to get a Mahle catalogue? I understand Mahle pistons were available for JAPs as well as Jawa speedway bikes. Please let me know if you can get them.
